This is a small cozy private studio condo in the same building as our other unit with a slightly different theme. It boasts a full kitchen, ocean breezes from the lanai, and has all the comforts of home. You will save lots on money on your vacation in this unit, as its stocked with full dinner/cookware, and other everyday things you need.. It has a full range and oven. The refrigerator is fairly new with a new stock of ice trays. The kitchen is loaded with pots, pans, cooking utensils, toaster, blender, coffee maker, tea kettle, glasses (wine glasses too), and a rice cooker. In the living room area you will find a color tv, dvd player, clock radio, digital cable tv, hi speed internet access, WIFI, telephone with free local and long distance calls in the United States and Canada, and comfortable furniture. New 2009: Small DVD video library with popular movies free to use and already in the room. New Flat Screen HDTV 2/09. The dining room area has nice Hawaiian designs and comfortable seating for two. This is a low allergy environment with some new upgrades since March 2009. There you can enjoy a quiet evening or hook up your laptop to keep up with the business world.
There is a queen size bed with new linens, lots of towels, and a stow away ottoman convertible twin bed in case your brought a little person along. The condo can accommodate 1-2 adults and 1 small child comfortably. There is a coin operated washer and dryer on site. Parking is $5 a day based on availability. Parking is at the assigned stall on the premises. The best part you are only 1 block from the beach!! You will enjoy visiting because of your proximity to Wakiki beach, and ocean activities, Honolulu Zoo, the Honolulu Aquarium, Kapiolani Park, Ala Wai Golf Course, shopping (Ala Moana Shopping Center), ABC and Food Pantry grocery stories, night life, restaurants and of course live entertainment.
