Reservations
Please email, telephone ,or complete your booking online at the book it now button. We accept all major credit cards on our website. We can answer any questions by email. If you are arriving within 3 days of your booking, please contact us ASAP as check in instructions are emailed before you arrive. You will need these instructions to access the condo. Rate quotes are valid for 30 days from the date sent and are available on our online booking engine. We reserve the right to modify rates
and policy information without notice.
Deposit
Full payment is due at the time of your booking online. Please provide all contact and credit card information on our secure site so the reservation can be successfully
processed. A hold will be placed with the card on file for a security deposit, but nothing will be billed unless there are damages. This will resolve upon your departure.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be in writing (email OK) or by
telephone. Full refund of deposit within 90 days of arrival and a $50 processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount. All refunds will be made by credit back to your card minus the
processing fee. If reservations are canceled less than 30 days prior to the arrival date no refunds will be made. Please review policies and agree to terms before hitting book now.
