Reservations
Please email, telephone ,or complete your booking online at the book it now button. We accept all major credit cards on our website. We can answer any questions by email. If you are arriving within 3 days of your booking, please contact us ASAP as check in instructions are emailed before you arrive. You will need these instructions to access the condos. Rate quotes are valid for 30 days from the date sent and are available on our online booking engine. We reserve the right to modify rates and policy information without notice.
Payment
Full payment is due at the time of your booking online. Please provide all contact and credit card information on our secure site so the reservation can be successfully processed.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be in writing (email OK) or by telephone. Full refund of deposit within 30 days of arrival and a $50 processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount. All refunds will be made by credit back to your card minus the processing fee. If reservations are canceled less than 30 days prior to the arrival date a partial payment refund will be attempted, by trying to resale the room for the dates of your reservation. If we are not successful, no refund will be given. If you are a no show no refund will be given. Please review policies.
