  • Security Deposit $100, refundable less any damages

  • Cleaning Fee $100
  • Additional Person $25 per night
  • Cancellation Fee $50
  • Parking Fee $5 daily based on availability
  • Check out is 11am. If late you will be charged $20 per half hour.
