Before making a payment to Seashore Vacations Hawaii, all guests are expected to read, understand and abide by the rules detailed on the Policies page. By making a payment and accepting a confirmation you assume responsibility for maintaining the rental unit during occupancy and agree to be held liable for any and all fees arising from breakage, damage, repairs, or loss to the unit or building. You also assume full responsibility for the actions of all members of your party. All occupants must abide by the building rules and regulations.
I/we accept occupancy of said premises and relieve Seashore Vacations Hawaii of any responsibility and all liability arising during or from my/our occupancy.
